What types of data does SmartZone Cloud handle?
SmartZone Cloud manages four types of data: User identification data, which includes email, name, password, and optional phone number; Customer application data, created by users or collected automatically; Platform health data, generated by SmartZone Cloud to enhance application performance; and Enrichment data, provided by SmartZone Cloud to augment customer data.
How does SmartZone Cloud ensure data security?
SmartZone Cloud employs several security measures, including encryption of stored credentials using AES-256, secure data transport via HTTPS, and leveraging Microsoft Azure's at-rest data protection capabilities. Additionally, customer data is isolated in dedicated databases to enhance security.
What authentication and authorization options are available?
SmartZone Cloud allows users to create dedicated accounts or utilize enterprise single sign-on through Azure AD/Microsoft 365. It also features various user roles, such as Administrator and Read Only User, which define access levels and permissions within the application.
